The experience is relatively intense but brief. You will be immersed in a non-intruding and soft live soundscape of melodies.
4) THE PROCESS closely monitored by the facilitators in a safe and non-pervasive way.
5) “soft landing” and integration back from the experience. We offer fruits and water.
6) End of session, without fret. For those that wish to express and communicate we have a post-session integration time. Fpr those that prefer an introspective process, we totally respect your space and do not “bother” you by questioning you. This is the subtle moment for the facilitator to sensibly understand your state and flow with it.

IMPORTANT PREP REQUIREMENTS:
1.) Minimum 6-hours fasting (no food) before experience. If the session is scheduled for the afternoon, have an early light and natural vegeterian breakfast
2.)No habitual use of psychopharmacological meds or sleeping pills (any med used to manage behavior, stabilizing mood or treating psychiatric disorders). In case of consumption interrupt for the period required by the indication of the medication (usually from 2 weeks to 4 days prior).
