1:1 integration coaching

Sessions take place over zoom and are 60 minutes. Katie is a licensed psychotherapist with a master’s degree in mental health counseling and has been certified in psychedelic integration from MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Substances).

Katie uses evidence-based practices from psychotherapy to help you prepare for upcoming entheogenic journeys, turn insights from recent psychedelic experience into actions, and create meaningful shifts in your life.

Katie Rains is a licensed psychotherapist with a master’s in mental health counseling from Baruch College, New York City. Katie has received certification in psychedelic integration from MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Substances) and has been helping people integrate their psychedelic experiences since 2018.

She has also received advanced training in therapy techniques of Gestalt Chairwork, Lifespan Integration, and dialectical behavior therapy.

Katie is passionate about helping individuals draw on their entheogenic experiences to cultivate insight, behavioral adjustments, and lasting change.
